Remember to drink lots of water when outside in the heat. When you feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated.

Other symptoms of dehydration are: thirst, dizziness, confusion, fatigue, less-frequent urination, increased heart rate.

Tips to hydrate: Drink at least 64 ounces of fluid per day, minimize the caffeine, avoid alcohol and sugary beverages, drink water before, during and after exercise.
